TMJ/TMJD Massage Therapy

This treatment includes an assessment of the TMJ and surrounding muscles of the jaw, neck, head, and shoulders to identify areas of tension or imbalance. Your RMT uses focused techniques to reduce tightness, improve jaw movement, and ease related discomfort related to clenching or grinding.

Intraoral work may be included with your consent to address deeper tension and support overall function.

TMJ Physiotherapy

Hi, I’m Kristine — a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. I found my passion in clinical work, helping clients manage pain and tension with a focus on long-term results.

Over time, I’ve developed a special interest in treating TMJ (jaw) disorders and the surrounding neck and shoulder tension that often comes with them. Having experienced jaw clenching and various dental work myself, I understand how much jaw pain can impact daily life — and how targeted massage can make a real difference.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. Keeping active with our dog is also a must!
